Our coaching is highly practical, including live coaching sessions, detailed scripts, role-playing exercises, and real-world scenarios to prepare you for every client interaction. All participating agents gain full access to the internal training portal once they are officially in the program.

Once you pass the required initial modules, quizzes, and shadowing, you are immediately added to the leads rotation to begin working with live clients. PinDrop ensures all agents are fully trained and ready before being assigned their first qualified appointments.

You are expected to be a licensed agent or actively getting licensed. We are equipped to sponsor new agents, as all Texas sales agents must be sponsored by a broker to legally perform real estate services. The application process includes a review of your experience, goals, and licensing status with leadership.

As an independent contractor, you are solely responsible for maintaining your active TREC license and covering all related costs, such as licensing fees, continuing education, and any local REALTOR® dues. The Pindrop program is designed for professionals committed to this necessary investment.

No, you do not need prior sales experience; we accept brand-new agents provided you are fully licensed or actively getting licensed. The primary requirement is that you are coachable and willing to train hard during the initial weeks.
